Greetings, My name is Glennisha J. Howard, a native from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I’ve attended and graduated from Scotlandville Magnet High School in 2014.
In the Fall of 2014, I started my matriculation at Southern University Agricultural and Mechanical College where I majored in Psychology and graduated in May 2019.
Currently, I am continuing my education at the University of New Orleans where I’m obtaining a dual maters degree in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While currently in school, I’m working in my career under a licensed school counselor to obtain the knowledge until I become licensed to practice in that area.
I personally gained the opportunity to be apart of this foundation because of the fact of fellowshipping and connecting with others while honoring the monarch of this foundation by doing acts of service for the community. Giving back to the community especially the African-American community is one of my core goals because not only we have to create the table for our sisters and brothers but also maintain those seats for all of the community. Creating doors and opportunities for my people to succeed and excel in their own way is one of my core values when giving back to the community at large.
A fun fact about me, I enjoy reading and studying new things to enhance my knowledge.
