Greetings, my name is Christina Jones, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I attended and graduated from Woodlawn High School. I have attended LSU, twice, to obtain my undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters of Educational Leadership.
Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate of Education specializing in Social Emotional Learning. I am a proud elementary principal of a public school in Louisiana.
Donnita Craft was a Godmother, friend, and mentor during my critical years of development (teens & twenties). She has had a significant influence over my career path and she has taught me the importance of relationships with children. I have had the pleasure of being in Bryana and Warren’s life from an early age.
My goals are to support Bryana’s initiative to help college students who are in need financially. So many students just need an opportunity. The Donnita Craft Foundation can provide that for students and potentially alleviate financial stress that will allow students to focus on their academic studies.
A fun fact about me, I am a 36 year old millennial principal and I get excited by changing the lives of my students. I wear Yeezys to work on Fridays and my students love it!
